    The 2-bedroom apartment we had was extremely comfortable, with all the fittings and furniture of very good quality. The location was very good, giving easy access to both St Kilda and to Melbourne CBD. Tram and train stops both nearby. We didn't make use of it but a breakfast delivery service is available.

    It was quite difficult to find the entrance to the car park the first time, but, once found, was secure and ample spaces available.

    Very handy location. Felt secure and well maintained. Walking distance to great cafe, pub & loads of transport.

    Quality of reception was a little shabby and shower door leaked water onto floor.

    Probably the worst shower I have ever had. It pulsed between hot and cold with very little pressure. The toilet ran all night. Pushing the button didn't help it just kept running and was extremely annoying. The room smelt extremely strongly of cheap disinfectant. It is good it was clean but it was pretty offensive to the senses. Signs to the carpark could be clearer.

    We were upgraded - which was a surprise. Very nice unit- quite, roomy and well set out. Very good kitchen facilities,bathroom a good size. Would come back again. Close to tram pickup and not too far to train station Close to Chapel street - good shopping

    Auto light on balcony was going off all night and being able to see fulltime residence from our balcony including their laundry.

    The apartments where very well appointed for our needs. I was impressed by the security measures installed. We chose the location because it was on the side of town that we needed to be.

    We liked the security of the apartments using electronic keys to get around the building to your room and car park. The staff were all polite and helpful.

    The reception could have had a few more maps and brocheres on whats about the area on places of interest.

    It was a very nice quiet place to stay. We had a room with a balcony which overlooked the street it wasn't noisy at all. The apartment had a very nice feel to it, it was light and spacious. As a family of 4 this was important. It was very close to great shopping districts and even with small children we could walk to these easily or catch the tram at the end of the street. Another great advantage was the supermarket underneath.

    The lifts from the carpark underneath was a bit of a nuisance as you had to transfer from one lift to the other. It meant that our apartment was quite a hike from the basement carpark with all our bags. This wouldn't have been such a problem but we were only there one night. In this hotel as in others it would have been great to have had a trolley to put our bags on. This is our only complaint. The fact that it had secure carparking available (even though we had to pay a small fee) was fantastic.

    Good location off the main road but a short walk to the action in St Kilda. Quiet and tidy room.

    It's serviced apartments across from permanent residents. I can imagine in summer in could get rowdy so if an early night is essential you might want somewhere else.

    the parking maze, the time the lift took to respond, the time it took to book in & out, small/cheap furniture, very small glasses( if i was on a business trip & had to have a meeting in my room id'e have had to bye new glasses) the stairs from the carpark to the lift & the very ugly patch up job on the wall in the bathroom
